I was just trying to go for a terrible pun but, it's a series about a fleet being crewed by high school girls for a few days as a part of a practical exam or somesuch, it being a naval school. I've only seen one episode, so I can't comment if it's any good or not though.

Many japanese visual novels have a "don't sell outside japan" thing so they don't have to deal with overseas support, geoip blocking is probably the same deal. I think pretty much all these 18+ japanese games on steam are sold by an mangagamer that licences and then translates and supports them.
