Also the Worm was pretty much dead by this point, I believe, because they wanted to reset the Worm or something and were killing their own members off while just leaving the top brass (Yan and the topknot).

The Falcon just had really messed up fingers due to extensive conditioning; basically the blend of Saw Paing's skeleton and Gensai's own hand conditioning. Yan might be putting himself out of the fight by pulling a weapon and also having superman syndrome. That combination hasn't been doing well this series.

Does anyone have that funny mspaint-ish comic about Gaolang vs Agito about how it was God Glow vs Dragonshot but there was another God Glow and there was another Dragonshot etc etc etc? I thought it would be in the past few pages where the fight happened again, but I don't think I saw it? I was mostly skimming looking for images and don't see it. Kengan Omega What do you mean Gaoh, the guy trained in an assassination style. Who has ambushed people numerous times in the series. And later learned the Koei style which is also an assassin style. Somehow forgot that the first rule to real combat is that you don't have to fight head-on? This is more a Koga problem, if anything Gaoh should have been the one doing much better against the Kure. At this point Kengan is significantly more stupid than all of Naruto except maybe the very last arcs. Everything about the training arc for Gaoh and Koga is dumb. Gaoh's mischaracterization is egregious but also, I couldn't help but feel like "taps them with a newspaper to simulate killing them" wouldn't be viable in this world, where killing intent and auras are real and the Kure clan members might react totally differently if they felt actual bloodlust. Beyond that, how is this supposed to meaningfully prepare them? We already saw Shen vs trap god Ryuki's master in the most elaborate and well-planned ambush with significant foresight and knowledge of Shen's abilities, that's just a nonstarter. Finally, "consecutor" is just too much. Layer after layer of paper thin plot devices and mooks getting set up to hype these guys who will ultimately job to make Shen look overwhelmingly powerful before the endgame. I think I might drop Omega and reread the whole thing once it's over.

The Gaoh and Ryuki training really does remind me of how Hayami somehow forgot that Meguro was insane from birth. Even though he picked up the teen after he'd killed 4 men who could be considered family to him, and his literal father. He thought that what made the original Meguro nuts was the brain alterations from pain to pleasure. But simultaneously made his clone son listen to the the deranged ramblings of a serial killer. And yet he's somehow surprised that his clone son was always crazy and had a penchant for fratricide. If you told me that the story was being created by an AI, I wouldn't be surprised at this point.

If I recall correctly Sandro said an assistant generated something with AI that he ended up not using. Then he said he wasn't against using AI but the work he got wasn't detailed enough. Which is a weird follow up but I don't think Omega is actually AI generated.

I assume the most recent chapter, where Horis is talking about enemies with superior firepower (page 10) may also be somewhat generated given that one military dude appears to have a gun poking out of his helmet. Could just be sloppy drawing or a fashion statement, I guess. Anyways I do not actually think Kengan Omega is AI written. Just poorly written.
