If you stop at season 11, the last episode is Behind The Laughter, which is a great place to stop.

I have up to season 12 on DVD and ripped to Kodi. So when the pandemic started I watched them all. Except the last two seasons I was shipping a bunch of episodes. By season 12 I think I was shipping more episodes than the ones I watched.

Yeah Basically behind the laughter can kind of be seen as a good way to end the series overall outside of that future Christmas episode, plus obviously the movie . Show though now has three times gotten a chance to end satisfactory and now if it ends no one will care and justifiably so.
