Yeah he looked really bad even if you ignore the shift he gave the Jackets like a minute and faceoff in our zone.
I miss good Kunitz but I look forward to that capspace coming up.
With him, Daley, and Fleury likely coming off the books I do wonder what they'll be up to this off-season. I imagine with the cup win and Jultz redemption story we might be a bit higher on some free agents' lists but we'll see, I guess. I don't even know who's on the market.

Player with their stick down first is considered to be at a disadvantage. If a player chooses that it is allowed.

regardless of calls and drama the jackets have looked much more dominant in the second so far. funny because its been their weakest period recently.

I am under the impression by literally everything I've ever seen and read about hockey that the road team MUST have their stick down first for faceoffs unless the home player relinquishes that advantage.

They changed that either this year or last year to the team in the defensive zone putting their stick down first to increase offensive zone faceoff wins to increase scoring.

They changed the rule so it's now the defensive zone player must have their stick down first unless the offensive zone player relinquishes the advantage.
