Aren't the only people who actually have some level of success converting Dunning-Krugerands into actual cash the Chinese guys running server farms and using it to circumvent currency trading limitations? I mean the whole thing seems to have devolved into a giant Chinese money laundering scheme with some remnant pyramid scheme scammery going on the Western world.
