I look at it like this, Minnesota paid 100 billion in 2015 but only got about 50 billion spent here (on research, medicare, social security, etc). If you don't think that Dayton could figure out some good stuff to do with an extra 50 billion more then idk what to tell you. That's 10k per person per year. Gimme that
