Treadmill? What's that? Is that some kind of cake?

Sometimes here in GBS we can get a little testy. Posting doesn't have to be a competition dude, we don't have to trash each other constantly. This is a thread where we can come together to share and discuss the greatest gift the Lord has given to us: music. Just post what you're listening to, or talk about an album you just heard. Share, care, and be kind. It's just that easy.

This is a great post, Carmant, and thanks for sharing your thoughts! I listened to Thievery Corporation and Arcade Fire today. T.C.'s early album "The Richest Man in Babylon" is a wonderful piece of work, and I recommend it highly. I personally favor the "Facing East" cut on that album. Have you heard it? I think you might like it quite a lot.

I also went back a few years to listen to Arcade Fire's 2010 album, "The Suburbs." That's a fine listen right there from a Canadian band that began as an exploration of bossa nova, punk, jazz, and basic pop sounds. Have a great evening, my friend!

LOVE,
VITALIS
