People just want to play fun games, and you can explore a different style with F-Zero than you can with Mario Kart. I'm still glad they try it though, even if it may have sunk Star Fox.

I know this isn't quite what anyone would necessarily want from the franchise but I'd like some kind of open worldy F-ZERO game where competing in races is your main progression system instead of combat or whatev. Would be neat to drive circuits in places you can also explore or something.
