I was kind of dumbfounded when the 2016 Pee-Wee movie turned out not to suck or even look like he was that much older. I mostly missed Danny Elfman if anything

Yeah, Paul Rudd is a lot of fun but ant man wasn't a comedy, it was an action thriller (pretty much a caper/heist movie) with quips and some visual gags (and it's a very fun movie, check it out!) I'm not trying to yuck anyone's yum, just pointing out that goofy comedy movies that aren't cross genre haven't been getting made. They'll probably come back and plenty of good Indy comedy being made, just Hollywood isn't interested in making something like airplane or top secret or even anchorman right now or for the last few cycles. Bogus Journey is awesome because it doesn't retread anything about the first movie at all. There's almost no time travel and they get loving murdered and go to hell and Primus is in the movie for some reason. There's an awesome camera shot where the camera is up in the sky and moves down and back into a van. Next time you watch it you're gonna notice it.
