What's not acceptable, as you mentioned earlier, is that they haven't even touched the ICE. That update was originally planned for Monaco, and we're still waiting.

Earlier in the season Alonso reckoned he needed another 50bhp, so 12-30 is a pretty good step (admittedly the other engines will have improved since)
