Pages ago but thanks for answering this. I guess I thought the biggest issue was the front end washing out and making the car hard to handle and increasing the tire wear from the driver having to fight the car.

It was. The hot air is a secondary issue. This year the tires can deal much better with sliding around without overheating, but brakes/engines will still have issues if they're marginal on cooling.

No thats employment laws. Companies are no longer allowed to just ring fence people and at least need to make a show of advertising a job for equal opportunities, whether they already have filled the slot or not. We are always having to do this in the local authority where I work. Equal opportunities and all that, no room for discrimination. It really is all for show though as ring fencing still happens, you just have to look like your providing an equal platform for everyone to have a go.

Yes, local authorities, etc have to do it. Pretty sure private companies don't.

The thing he seems to completely forget, is that F1 is what enables him. The moment he stops racing, he stops being a A-list celebrity.
Sure, he might be able to pull off a Posh & Becks, but I don't think he has that mass appeal that either of those 2 had and he definitely does not have their PR manager.

Kimi's ultrasofts were clearly going off faster than the ones behind him and by not pitting, it would have put him at risk for the undercut. Again, Vettel went nearly a second faster per lap once Kimi was out of the way.
I wanted Kimi to win, but he simply wasn't fast enough when it mattered.
Red Bull did exactly the same, yet no one is accusing them of favouring the bogan.
