Kimora lost for sure but I don't get much from Aja's performance. Untucked is full of her being a oval office to the infinitely more polished and better performing Valentina, and then saying IM GOING TO SLAY THIS LIPSYNC IM THE QUEEN before an average-ish performance. Like a B+.

Both of them didn't know the words, actually, which...how could you not know the words to that song? It's lipsinc/karaoke 101. Anyhow, Aja's makeup was scary. She reminded me of Seth Green playing James St. James in Party Monster when he dressed up like a troll, except she was red. The chaps were not that bad, but those panties were so awful. I actually liked Kimora's look a lot more, but Kimora is just so full of herself. Phara should have been in the bottom two. I wasn't too impressed with Valentina's look. I mean it was super awesome, but I liked Eureka's look more as far as following a theme. I love how Nina went full on grey alien. Her makeup was so good once again. I love what Michelle said about Valentina though. "She's so gorgeous you just want to go up to her and lick her face." So the worst are gone. Everyone else who's around has considerable talent. It's going to be a rough competition from here on out!

The thought of Disney Drag Queens made me so excited, but then we got to it and it was a total WOMPWOMP. I was hoping for Kimora to be taken out of the competition, but after seeing Untucked, now I feel kind of bad. She was so nice about it! I'm hoping she gets a ton of gigs after this, because that end speech was really sweet. And I'm glad my other Vegas queen, Farrah Moan, stayed. She's so pretty, I'm sure she has some awesome runway looks ready in her travelcase that don't rely on buttpads, like Kimora's would have. Also, now I'm hoping Aja can't take advice and leaves next episode. God, her Untucked was so angry and childish. She really did look like a discount troll. I love how she was the one talking about how she's Instagram's darling, she looks exactly like her photos, and her paint is THAT harsh. It was disappointing to see these past episodes, knowing under all that Facetune, there's not much else. Bad personality, bad look, and after her princess story, bad funny bone. Girl, bye.

I appreciate Aja seems just self aware enough to recognize she was being bitter and upset. I hope she takes Trinity's and the others' advice about following the judges' suggestions and improving. I have to wonder if she had changed her backstory up it would have been Farrah instead? She came off more as "cursed by my mother's chain-smoking cloud" than a volcano. I'm enjoying Trinity more every episode. She totally deserved the win, especially when so many past pageant queens couldn't or wouldn't push themselves into comedy territory. Looks like she stumbled from the sea onto Daytona Beach during race day, it was absolutely perfect. Untucked: the "soft sculpture" remark, holy poo poo.

That was a terrible episode. No mini challenge and the runway was a complete flop. What the hell was up with the flood of purple lights? You couldn't actually make out any of the colors in the costumes. And all but maybe two missed the mark on the sidekicks. The rest were stilted, unfunny, or just not at all clever. Glad to see Kimora go and I hope Aja is next. e: glad we finally got to hear the origin of CuCu

I'm absolutely shocked that Untucked could completely reverse my opinions of both Kimora and Aja. Kimora comes off TERRIBLY in the main show, but on Untucked she seemed genuine and sweet. Did get a laugh out of her hip pads thing, and of the judges just roasting her nuts over it. But Aja, jeeeeezus. I didn't really care about her either way (I mean, I was hoping she'd loving fix her makeup) but god she was just nasty in untucked. Not a fan, she can go next. I'm even more of a fan of Shea now. You horny bitch, Shea. Still, at this point, thinking Shea, Sasha and Nina are very strong contenders, but I'm also now thinking that Valentina is going to make top 5. Her sense of humor's really surprised me this episode, I think she could go top 3 even, if she can bring it in Snatch Game and future acting challenges. I'd also like to see Charlie go far, and I'm really waiting for Eureka to get her poo poo together. Would like to see more Peppermint, too, she's been very background the past two episodes, but she did have a moment to shine in this one. Also, I've been waiting for this challenge since season goddamn two, and I was kind of disappointed. Oh well. :\ I guess there's only so much they can do with the time limit.

I had to mute the ep halfway through the runway, what the gently caress was that. Props to the director for somehow making it even worse by making the queens stand awkwardly on camera through their (ugh) sidekicks' narration. I'm really salty because the premise of a drag fairytale princess sewing challenge is super fun but the execution crashed really really hard.
