The main criticisms of the show I've seen are from the trans community and from actual drag queens.
In my experience the majority of people screaming about how RuPaul is transphobic and therefore the show is Hitler are not actual trans people, but cis people who consider themselves "trans allies". That's not to say there aren't trans people pissed about usage of "tranny" in drag slang, the "shemail" thing, etc. but they aren't generally the most extreme critics of the show itself.
