Well in the comments to the road rage video someone tells the name of the lady that was recording the video. Searching her finds the original fb post of the video, where she herself names the crazy guy, Chad Huntsinger (he apparently told them his name because he's that kind of genius) and googling him for news led me to this strange page, of which I'm not even sure what the point of the database is: https://www.everipedia.com/chad-huntsinger/
