This is the entire thing the visual novel genre goes for. Books with a soundtrack, for max gutpunch.

Also, Yoko Taro directing would be the best thing to happen to Sonic Team in twenty years. So, you guys wanted Shadow the Hedgehog to be 'darker', ehhhh?
