I do love how everything just keeps on piling up on the mc and his friends as it helps to emphasize just how screwed they are. Also props to Coffee dad being at least slightly more aware of what his charges were up to, which was a lot better then police dad could manage. resurgam40 posted:Privately, the bit with the Russian Takoyaki is one of my favorite Akechi bits. You are right that it is a great Akechi moment, and I should have made it more clear that my disagreement is not with how you interpret the scene but how exactly it plays into how Akechi is viewed as a character. Since he is about to be more involved with the party assuming we don't bury him then I am sure we will have plenty of time to get into that discussion.

So the scene at the school where you hang out with a girl you are dating is actually not very specialised, which makes it exceptionally funny if you're dating Kawakami because she gets called up and it plays out the same way. The ability to call out always loving her and everything.

On a side note I really love the Sojiro/Futaba scene. Like, Sojiro is a a bit pissed off but it's purely out of concern for Futaba and he's 100% willing to listen to what she has to say. Everyone feels very human and relateable in that scene. Very well voice acted too.
