Damn, this is good coffee.
Spurs going with what I thought the adjustment would be, that is, stay at home on the roll and force the Rockets to hit running layups. They've been going in so far but I think it's preferable to Nene/Capela oops constantly.

I jumped on the gun on this she actually hung herself womp womp

But apparently one of the driving causes was Anderson cheating on her so cool well done Ryan

interesting point

i think pop just has relatively strict/inflexible rotations

harden plays more than kawhi anyway so there's going to be overlap

kyle anderson should get some burn!

DLee is an interesting player. capable of great highs- good passer, strong, good rebounder, and a prolific finisher- but also capable of seriously making the spurs vulnerable on the defensive end and absolutely cannot create for himself. really kind of interesting

its shocking how much the spurs really are "kawhi and company"

edit: this is very much how the regular season games looked. real close back and forths between two good teams.

even if the spurs lose the series, i hope the rest of the games go like this.

everyone who's been saying houston is really fun is right. i've never really liked them and didn't watch them play that much this year, but i gotta hand it to them so far this series. cool and fun team.

When I was 17, my father was so stupid, I didn't want to be seen with him in public. When I was 24, I was amazed at how much the old man had learned in just 7 years.
Pau should've just stayed in LA for the Chicago years and enjoyed an extra $20 mil and then opted out and joined the Spurs then.

I got an earful from a Spurs fan recently about how he hated that Kawhi was such a ballhog and that they need to go back to playing "Spurs basketball", completely ignoring the paucity of talent on the rest of the roster. It's gonna be interesting to see how the fanbase transitions to the post-Pop era because holy gently caress are some of them up their own rear end about "selflessness"
