We want the ball & We're going to score
Per a few tweets, sounds like the 2017 NFL schedule will be released this week on Thursday.

Pre-season schedule was released already. Mostly the just weekends and not specifically dates/times. HERE

2017 Rotation:
AFC East vs AFC West, NFC South
AFC North vs AFC South, NFC North
AFC South vs AFC North, NFC West
AFC West vs AFC East, NFC East
NFC East vs NFC West, AFC West
NFC North vs NFC South, AFC North
NFC South vs NFC North, AFC East
NFC West vs NFC East, AFC South
*above equates 8 games, other 8 games are 6 within division and 2 within conference against other 2 divisions with same place finish

Playoffs:
Jan 6-7: Wild Card Round
Jan 13-14: Divisional Round
Jan 21: Conference Championship Games
Feb 4: Super Bowl LII; @ Minneapolis MN

Games we know
Thursday September 7th: New England vs TBD; NFL Kickoff Game (rumored vs KC)
Sunday September 24th: Baltimore vs. Jacksonville; @ London
Sunday October 1st: New Orleans vs. Miami; @ London
Week 7 or 8: Minnesota vs. Cleveland; @ London
Week 7 or 8: Arizona vs. LA Rams; @ London
TBD: New England vs Oakland; @ Mexico City
Thursday November 23rd: Thanksgiving Day Triple Header: TBD @ Detroit, TBD @ Dallas, TBD @ TBD
Christmas Day is on Monday this year. There may not be a Sunday night game on Christmas Eve but rather 2 Monday games instead (1 late afternoon, 1 night)
New Years Eve is on Sunday and will be Week 17. All games this week will be this day.

Other Notable Events
New England vs Atlanta: Super Bowl LI rematch
Atlanta home opener (rumored for first Sunday Night game of year) to open new stadium
LA Chargers home opener: Chargers are back in LA and playing in a tiny soccer stadium
Cleveland vs NY Jets - somebody should win a game

FAQ
* Why is my team playing Team X again? Seems like we play them every year?
.... In their own conference, teams play against each other every 3 years based on the divisional rotation. Then every year the teams that finish 1st in their division will play the other 2 teams that finished 1st that they aren't already scheduled to play via the rotation. This goes the same for the teams finishing 2nd, 3rd & 4th. So consistently good teams will continually play each other (like New England vs Denver/Indianapolis over the past decade) or consistently bad teams will continually play each other (see seemingly annual games of Cleveland vs Jacksonville & Buffalo)

*Why doesn't my team play Cleveland/New England? We haven't played them in like forever?
... Teams play teams within their own conference every 3 years and at home every 6 years. Teams play teams in the other conference every 4 years and at home every 8 years.

*Are the stupid Thursday night games back?
..Yes :( Not sure about the color rush status

*What is the Monday/Sunday Night Football games?
..Will be released as part of the schedule. I believe all teams will get 1-5 prime time games (which also includes Thursday games).

Yeah, I don't know, it just makes sense, other then the kickoff game will do gangbusters regardless, so I guess go with a B quality game and save Pats - Falcons for sweeps?

But even then, the odds of one of the two SB teams falling off is pretty high, I wouldn't save that matchup when you could set records and get a ton of coverage out of it.
