I can't get over how enamored Easter is of Odin's sword. He whips it out and she doesn't dismiss it, instead she cradles it and caresses it during their conversation, looking closely at the details of the blade and pommel. She can't even keep her hands off it when she's the one talking. What I mean to say is that the lady loves a good sword. Also I'm in love.

This version of Shadow makes even more sense with the back story than the book version. In the book, and in the TV show until now, he's just been a blank slate follower who lost everything and was supposed to have nothing distracting him from finding a new belief in Wednesday. But in the TV version now, hes all that plus someone who will fight for the underdog and hates bullies. The old gods are underdogs so he's solidly in their corner until the end of time, basically. The new gods will never turn him.

So Technical Boy is not the spirit of innovation, but instead the spirit of flash-in-the-pan lovely pseudo-tech?
