It was the "Corgan wants to host a show on Youtube or Honor Club" thing that struck me. Then again I guess that's kind of where we're going naturally with the streaming stuff? Most companies can't afford or maintain its own streaming service so lesser companies signing up with bigger ones to provide more material for their streaming services?

They were already trying to expand their partnership (Corgan talks about that more in the audio too), and if they're going to have a show it'd increase their audience to involve it there. ROH also won't say no because they want/need content for their service

ROH's agreement with NJPW at this point basically exists to provide fresh meat for NJPW guys to pin in the US, and NJPW will probably take any notable talent they feel like.

ROH has tried to get the NWA in as a midcard feature before but NWA's backend politics were so rotten they'd washed their hands of it. I wanna say Gabe, Adam Pierce and Delirious have all booked NWA World title matches. At least now its just Corgan and whatever money holders he has to answer to.
