The show provides the only unbiased depiction of the Tower of Joy, so we now know that Arthur "The Sword" Dayne is actually a two sword kinda guy, and also that Oswell Whent never existed

Maybe before the fight Oswell Whent fused with Arthur Dayne DBZ style.

Tyrions bit in the last season were dire. It was like they knew he was wasted just pulling on his tiny dick following Daenerys round so they wrote a few "bits" to keep him interested but they just came across as hollow and stupid.

This is well done. Even though D&D spun Jaime's character development in circles like a fidget spinner he is still one of my favorite characters.

In fact, maybe his character going in circles actually worked better for him than a linear anti-hero -> epiphany -> good guy the book seems to be going.
