Fun fact: In the source novel, Zhu Bajie either abducts the daughter of the village elder leaving behind a note demanding marriage or in some versions has convinced the elder to allow him to marry the daughter based on his ability to do large amounts of hard work due to his prodigious strength. After a fight with Wukong, he learns that Wukong was a disciple of the monk Xuanzang and reveals that he had also been recruited by Guanyin to join their pilgrimage and make atonements for his past sins.

Ninja Theory is still a studio and still producing games. Their latest one, "Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice", comes out on August 8th for Playstation 4 and PC. I got caught on one of those walls you talked about and lost the race when I played this section. Pigsy maintaining that he won regardless of the outcome is in-character, but definitely not endearing.

I would like to say that Enslaved is just definitely all around better than Dante's Metropolitan Catastrophe. Also I've been playing Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and wow that game is very nice and I like it a lot.

I don't know about trying to get him killed but Zhu Bajie has gotten Wukong exiled from the group at least once, specifically by getting him in trouble for killing a mountain demon, Baigujing, attempting to eat Tang Sanzang because Wukong was the only one capable of seeing through the demon's disguises while Bajie was trying to flirt with the first disguise, a beautiful young woman. Wukong, tired of Bajie and Sanzang's BS after three of these attempts including the aforementioned first disguise, leaves warning Sha Wujing not to buy into the BS of the former. After another incident that results in Sanzang being imprisoned as tiger demon Bajie is forced to apologize to Wukong by the White Dragon Horse, the third son of the Dragon King of the West Sea that serves as Tang Sanzang's steed after eating original horse while the trio attempt to cross the Yingchou Stream which the dragon prince was banished to for accidentally causing a fire that destroyed a pearl given to his father by the Jade Emperor which would have resulted in the prince's execution had Guanyin not appeared and pleaded for his life.

Oh man, this LP's editing getting dumb. I love it when things get dumb. Please keep it up. It's a shame they had to make Pigsy gross. I was almost expecting him to start talking about a partnership with Tripp like she and.Monkey have minus the slave headband but welp. Guess that was.too.much to.ask.

Cheesy transitions between takes/shots are easy, but this game doesn't need a lot of those. Lynx actually suggested that but also wanted airhorns but I got too lazy during editing to add those.

Well, when Pigsy and Monkey first meet they did have a pretty big fight. Monkey won though, and I guess through the rest of the journey they have a sort of rivalry. I seem to remember they would often give Trip opposing solutions to obstacles on their journey. It's sort of impossible to kill Monkey, because when he was working at the Jade Palace (as a lowly stable boy), he was already pretty powerful, and then he got pissed over his demeaning rank and made himself immortal like 5 times over by breaking into the emperor's goodies. Like, he ate peaches of immortality, then an elixir of eternal youth, then some stuff that made him invincible? I don't remember all the details, but as punishment the Jade Emperor's men locked him in a furnace where he burned at thousands of degrees for a very long time, and when he came out he just had a new tan due to all the stuff he ingested. This rivalry would make more sense in-game if they had met earlier instead of 2/3rds of the way through.
