I for one think we should hardball Earth and not let them get away with already breaking their treaty we should have Triton and 3rd fleets go on an "exercise" between Earth and Mars as we renegotiate that Rangi Is our as are all the ruins on the planets or also politely remind them all of our nukes are pointed at Earth's civilian population.
