I've been rewatching Courage the Cowardly Dog recently and I'm starting to not like it as much as I used to.

Pretty much 20% of the dialogue is just repeated clips which is very noticeable at an older age. Supporting character designs are reused but infrequently enough that you don't know if they're supposed to be the same character.

Courage is a weirdly cheap show. There's exactly one episode I think where courage has extended dialogue (the shadow thing living in their basement)
The thing that makes Courage good is the weird-rear end and creepy plots like the Black Puddle Queen or The Tower of Dr. Zalost
