I can't say it's the worst I've heard, but yeah, it's pretty bad. Even beyond the problems with bad acting in general I'm guessing that the actors had no idea what the context for their lines were either. It sounds like Angela is yelling her inquiry about Akira's health due to him falling down a deep slope or something, not getting the crap beat out of him.

 I think the tone of voice Angela used for "The water's gone" sounds like it would more appropriate for "Water go down da hooooole".

 Yeah, Koudelka sounds good. As much as I loved the Shadow Hearts games I haven't actually seen that one.
