Forget Scooter Gennett hitting 4 homeruns. Baez just drew a walk!

If the guy in front of him in the 8th would have gotten on Scooter would have completed the rather elusive Home Run Cycle with a three run dinger

Paulino is pitching overall well from a runs scored perspective but he's getting tagged with some really good contact

DurosKlav posted:Reds had runner on first and third and 1 out I believe. Ball was hit into foul territory and Piscotty caught it up against the wall in foul territory which allowed the runner at third to tag up and score. But it turned out he more or less trapped it against the wall. So Matheny challenged the out call, it was overturned and ruled a foul ball so runner had to return to third. Wainwright then walks the batter to load the bases up and Scooter comes up and hits a grand slam. What in the holy gently caress Cheat, and game throw

Blue Jays just set a new franchise record: 0-33 with RISP. Will they extend it even further tonight? (probably)

Jaime Garcia decent, Aaron Nola much better. Braves bad, Phillies still also bad. Next.

While I applaud aggressive use of your best reliever, I'm a little worried Farrell's burning out Kimbrel.

Bryzzo e. Also J-Hey! In fairness he absolutely should not have put Jake back out for the 7th on 98 pitches.

I don't know why Chris Carter is still on the Yankees. Should have been cut a few weeks ago. Even more surprising that he's still on the team when Tyler Austin was activated from the DL yesterday and optioned to Triple A instead of with the team.
