There's a bunch of decent 3rd party xbone controllers that are wired only. Microsoft is kinda lovely about letting 3rd parties use their wireless frequency. There's a power a (I think) star wars themed controller from when battlefront came out that has been in the Walmart clearance bins for as low as $15, although those are extremely YMMV these days.

Yeah, Physical stuff from the MS store is $1 = 1 point. Digital non-consumables (ie not gold or in game currency) is a $1 = 20 points as long as you are rewards level 2 and at minimum have gold. Just buy the console elsewhere unless you plan on using gift cards to buy it.
