I've decided I want a Series X for Christmas, I figure they'll just get harder and harder to get as we approach that season. Anyone got any tried and true methods of obtaining one? When should I try to buy? I don't want to do Black Friday stuff. In the meantime I'll check my local Walmart whenever I go since we live in a pretty rural area.

Gamepass question: is there one where you pay one monthly thing and are able to play games on your Xbox as well as your computer? Or is the windows PC one a separate subscription?

Horizon is slightly more arcadey (read, less tuning) and is open world with wilder mission structure and objectives

Gonna hit a local GameStop today, when I went in yesterday the lady said they'd have a limited number of consoles and to try to get there before it opened.

She also said her phones have been down so who knows who's been trying to call but not a ton of folks have come in in person to ask, so we shall see!

This may be lame but I'm probably not gonna open it until Christmas. I'm just assuming that they'll be harder to find during the holidays, so I snagged one today.

Half the reason I was fine getting a Series S is I looked at my PS4 usage last gen and it was almost 100% digital downloads. Don’t need a BluRay drive, and lol at finding lots of cheap used games for Xbox in Japan.
