Really need some things to work out so I can get a place to build a workshop. Especially when near me you can hire a slot in a big workshop with a lift etc... for $750 a month just need to not go crazy and make some huge behemoth that dwarfs the house.

Just looked at that and they seem cool if you have to remove it after you are done. Maybe a bit pricy but if you have limited space it is a good option.

I would expect over time they would peel if you are dragging stuff and spilling crap on them.

Anyone had issues getting approval to build something on a residential lot? Looking into buying and would to build something for a couple of cars/gardening equipment.

Go for high ceiling and go 22D by 23W for 506 sq feet so you have room for two lifts. Get the four post storage style ones and then you can keep 4 vehicles in it.
