How will this affect anything? I have no idea. But someone will confuse themselves trying to strategize their picks and that will be cool.

Essentially, it sounds like Vegas is going to be reaching out to each team before the pick is made, so they could maybe work out a deal if Vegas is picking someone they want kept.
