When I made the Kirby one, I didn't see the thing in the OP about you having a much greater size cap so if you want use it I can probably make you a better version. There wasn't actually much I could do because the source video is so messy and it looks really grains if I let it have too many colors. I did make it larger and added a pause at the smile though I also made this which still came out a little rough but it still amuses me  And this which I think turned out amazing:

I actually might be able to clean it up. They're was a switch I wasn't switching that makes it easier. I'm away from my computer now but I'll finish them up when I get home.

Okay, I had to dither it a bit to get it to work and it's still pretty big Here it is slightly smaller and slightly cleaner  and here's the Kirby face

How's this? I had to cut the colors down and make it sorta blurry to get it small enough, but I don't think that is really noticeable given the game's style. I also chose that stage because it's one of the few where it seems the text doesn't overlap him at any point.
