Unless the people who control the money, ei the corporation decide not to follow it, then you need a lawyer to take it to court. it's like saying the bill of rights prevents cops from kicking down your door without cause. Sure it does in theory but if they do it anyway and you don't got a lawyer to get a payout after it ain't poo poo.
