Negative. You can always put more layers on when it is cold; when it is hot, getting naked does you no good because you will still sweat to death.

Counterpoint: being way too cold loving hurts, being way too hot is just uncomfortable.

I maintain that any environment I couldn't survive overnight in naked is an environment I was never meant to live in.

It's not a gimmick. Being the fanbase equivalent of Charlie Brown and the football does terrible things to your psyche.

I just finished reading a book on the Holocaust while off my driving shift on an 8 hour driving trip so, you know, perspective.

That said, the team has a remarkable ability and creative style when it comes to finding ways to emotionally abuse its fanbase. There may or may not be other teams that practice the art equally well or better, but this is the purgatory that I know.

One thing I have noticed over the past decade plus is that there's far less discussion of actual news over the past like five seasons. Usually people will make 2-3 comments on a news article and then resume general chitchat. Used to be you'd get pages of discussion and additional sources.

I don't think the division threads are helping this any. Did you guys know Dorial Green-Beckham was cut recently?

I think this is a side effect of people here realizing how little we know and how 90% of the stories this time of year are meaningless.

I'm going to tell my children about how I couldn't even read internet football forums for months because every single post triggered me. TFF threads should start with Trigger Warnings IMO. Seahawks Poster Triggers: #2005, #2014, #MalcolmButler, #Ricardo Lockette, #1YardLine

I recommend making a post that people quote instead of talking about the traumatic event itself.
