They weren't doing it to gently caress with the Braves. They're just incompetent. It's not the first time this season they've done this

It's especially frustrating because the metro stops running at 11 on weeknights so everyone already has to start leaving

My theory is it's the Lerner's trying to have as many weather events as possible so they can try to fleece the city into giving the stadium a roof.
