For what it's worth, my read is that this is a silly town on town fight that got spiraled way out of proportion. The idea that Bif's "I am literally scum" post was in any way serious is silly.

tpink has the most posts of anyone that has not voted today, something I find inherently scummy (town cannot win without voting; it's scummy to not vote during jokephase). chaoslord at least joke voted Bif earlier. Dick Bastardly only realized today the game was even open. Of the three left iajanus is the only one here that has posted after the game started, mostly to commiserate with Bif's job situation.

##vote iajanus because I think we do have too many lurkers and for a lurker execution this one isn't bad, at least some of those others can plausibly say they had no idea the game was on.

I think EXAKT and Pera should be replaced if possible.

Feel like I have to go through this in almost every Mafia game I play - I rarely vote D1 because it's a crapshoot and almost always ends up in town being lynched. I've debated people before on the merits of this, and people obviously have different views on this point. Suffice it to say i don't agree that it's scummy not to vote during jokephase.

I don't really know what else to say about it - I caught up on a couple of pages of the game and that was my takeaway reaction :shrug:

The downside of reacting to stuff when there is not much active posting, I guess. I am glad that Anidav has at least moved from posting nonsense to trying to make reads!

I'm having trouble engaging and making calls because I feel like there's some in-jokes or whatever that I am missing, so a lot of this stuff is going over my head. My calls for now:

Suss on Quid - voted Somber; posting just enough to make it seem like he's active but no real content at all; don't like the "I got a partial message oh maybe it's the whole message, I dunno" and never responded to my question about it

Suss on Anidav - empty posting, added a vote to me after there already a couple with zero independent justification and while hedging it with a "not solid though"; these "me-too" votes are always suss, especially with this kind of caveat

Suspect there's scum among people who are lurking hard instead of participating (pera, EXAKT, and hiip (all he's done was vote iajanus after a joke vote on EXAKT)), so fine with a lurker lynch too.

No strong reads for now on DIPJ or TM. Bif is town I think, but she's fooled me before when playing scum because her scum game is strong, so I am not 100% trusting my instincts on her.

Going to ##vote Quid for now, but open for a lurker lynch too.
