I'd rather not entertain the fan theory that the developers decided to treat Callie fans like dirt as a result of something they probably already felt like dirt about. They did anyway of course, but to me that makes it much worse. Barely putting Callie in the game and what was in there was literally not the Callie they were familiar with. Then needing like 9 months of complaining to give her story resolution. Something that should have been there to begin with. Why would I choose to give them the benefit of the doubt when they already made so many lovely inconsiderate decisions? I'm just that nice I guess. It's probably true, the fan theory, though they've never explicitly stated it. The few times they've alluded to it, they've kept it vague. Perhaps they do realize how lovely it is. lmfao

octo is generally harder than the original singleplayer but having played way too much of this game it wasn't too super tough outside a couple of real fuckers like the grind rail stage where you have to get all the boxes with the bamboozler
