Order is literally the status quo in that Marina describes it as protecting what she has. E: It's easily more sympathetic in Splatoon context because Pearl's argument is just "Yo change is cool, that's what we wanted for our music." Which sure, love of the art and all is important especially in regards to Splatoon's whole aesthetic, but it's a lot less personal than Marina's argument.
