I am also one of the weirdos who never played a classic mario. I had a master system and megadrive so was totally team sonic. Only mario I played was on game boy. My first proper Nintendo console was a GameCube. My friend had a SNES but we just played a tiny toons or taz... Looking forward to getting a SNES mini and playing those classics for the first time

Sonic drowning noise and the out of air countdown music are still the worst sounds ever. Looks and plays great in handheld mode.

well why not posted:dumb TVs still definitely exist, but a chromecast is almost definitely a better choice than hoping for a switch app in the next year. they're like $30, just pretend it's a special app that puts netflix on HDMI2. Agreed, Chromecast is cool and much faster and easier than using TV or console apps. My parents have a Netflix app on their TV and it makes me rage about how slow it is...just get a Chromecast....

Am I missing something with stardew valley, it won't let me use tools? I'm only on day two but I want to clear my farm and it won't let me use any tools, someone gave me a fishing rod but it won't let me fish? Not played Splatoon for a while do have been turf warring with different weapons to get a feel of what I've missed, played ten matches no problems, then I get a random disconnect then I'm banned from play for five minutes minutes! Is this a new feature, no warning, straight to ban?? I know it's only short but it's annoying, my internet is fine! Could understand them implementing this to prevent disconnects in ranked but why in turf war?

Glad to hear some other people prefer using the joycon grip controller to the pro, I was given the splatoon pro controller as a gift and I just suck at everything when I use it! I think it's because before the switch I mainly played 3ds so I am better with the smaller analogue sticks and buttons.

Erm my stardew game has stopped crackling! Yay! As someone else mentioned they have changed the increments of playtime they mention on your profile but I just wish it was like 3ds where it just said the playtime....

However, since getting a pro controller I think it is superior in everyway, no input issues, super responsive and I got the splatoon one so it's fresh.

If I buy the DLC for fire emblem warriors will the new content be available to all profiles on my system or just the profile used to pay? As I am the main user of the console and have my own save on my profile but I've been playing co-op on my boyfriend's profile. I obviously only want the DLC if both profiles can access it!

Never let your boyfriend or friends have the best controller, it is your right as the switch haver to always win.

So excited for story mode in mario tennis, the GBA version was great and if it's anything like that it will be awesome. I am sure Hyrule Warriors will be cool and good, but fire emblem warriors is still cool and good. You can enjoy both things!! I love Fire Emblem Warriors, it has never crashed for me and I have put in about 40hours so I don't know how widespread the crashing issue is. I find the gameplay satisfying and I like sending my units off to do their thing and there is a surprising amount of strategy and variety to the missions. It was never going to include every Fire Emblem character because there are hundreds of them. The only thing about the roster that annoys me is there should have been a non flier Lance unit included, not locked behind DLC. I will buy FE Warriors 2 for my boys Ike, Roy and Hector!

Played the demo, now Dragon Quest builders is pre-ordered and preloaded on my switch. This may happen to you if you play this demo. Quick bayonetta question, am I right in thinking that the physical copy contains bayonetta 1 and 2 and is £49.99 but if you buy digital 2 is £39.99 and 1 is £24.99, so it's quite a bit more expensive?
