Im thinking he just has absolute craptons of energy due to training/what he is/storage, but absolutely no wastage at all/perfect control. Even when he did get an aura he pushed it into his hand. Alongside the UI foreshadowing there was some stuff about wasted movements/energy (iirc) so im willing to bet its that. imo that also gels with how he likes to meditate and do nothing unless absolutely needed.

I wasn't as fond of the Timid Whimpering Secret Berserk aspect but now that she's genuinely enjoying herself and you see her getting into the fight it really helps sell the character because you see her getting confidence and actually doing something with it. Also I like how Kales VA can switch from "nee-san  " to "RAGH IM BROLY" on a dime.
