They easily ran through the bracket after the group stage (where the top 4 teams all had the same score of 7-2). After VP I would say they would be the best team in CIS region. Vega and spirit show promise here and there but never managed to win anything this past year. M19 was the surprise of the qualifier because it's a Funn1k stack of complete nobodies (except for funn1k) and they had an amazing group stage upsetting so many of the teams. But yeah after VP the quality of play probably drops a bit. Empire 2-0d everyone and 3-0d team spirit in the grand finals. Wasn't close. Empire now is completely different from ti5 too.

TI6 I would say OG, Liquid and Wings were the 3 favorites going in. OG flamed out in spectacular fashion, Liquid did ok but didn't live up to expectations. Wings obviously was a step above the rest before but they honestly upped their game so much at ti6. This year my favorites would be EG, VP, OG, Liquid and LGD. I wouldn't say OG is the clear favorite though despite their major wins (since they only did well at the majors and the other tournaments they didn't so hot). Also reminder that Majors this tournament season were single elim, and they have trouble in double elim. Its gonna be a toss up, but I think Liquid may falter since there is so much information on their playstyle right before TI.

The crowds at Valve events are always for the most part fine. The only bad thing I experienced was the last day of the Boston major, the heater was on (it was cold af outside) and they locked the doors. And well game 3 of OG and Ad Finem happened and it tore the roof out of the place so people started going crazy and everyone was a sweaty smelly mess. Still hype as gently caress though

Bulldog was just not in the know about what to say at all at customs since this is his first event working as talent. When he was on alliance he had a manager help with that but now he's on his own and he hosed it up. Imo the problem lies with both of them and the miscommunication. But again idc
