^Trigger-warning scene was great and wonderfully OTT^ I'm sooo on board with this. Stayed clear of all previews and trailers, so had no idea they're going to actually namedrop/show real footage of Trump etc, but the whole opening sequence was absolutely hilarious. Who knew that all I needed for a pick-me-up after a rough start of the week would be Evan Peters MAGA-humping a television set? The rest of it was surprisingly coherent and well set up too, feeling hopeful more than I've been for the last four seasons or so.

I've sat through every season so far, but to have just witnessed an hour of Sarah Paulson screaming & crying might have just finished me off. Plus points - Evan Peters covering his face in cheeto dust - The cop from the mentalist, I like[d] that guy! - Twisty Downsides - Everything else inbetween Might give it a few weeks and watch a few back to back, that usually helps

TRIGGER WARNING was amazing. As was the cheetos facial. Such bizarre poo poo. I have no clue who Evan Peters is playing, all I can think is Tate with Blue Hair. He's kinda choosing Sarah Paulson to gently caress with, right? Not sure if I'm on board with going back to the Twisty well again though. What new stuff could they add to the poor guy's life/afterlife. Also, do we hate the kid character yet?
