You're right, my bad - I forgot about them bringing back Victory Road. Then yeah, Cage drops it at VR, Sami / Tessa III at Bound For Glory sounds about right.

Edit: uhh, here - this a handy "this is our roster now" picture for the new page

Jesus! Jesus Christ! Say his name! Jesus! Jesus! Come down now!

The story of Sami / Tessa is far less important than just getting Tessa to the top. The less of Callihan I see, the better

It's insane how good this roster is (for the most part, gently caress Elgin) and I still can't be bothered to watch the show.

they were probably one of the best booked acts on the program, on top of a number of other well booked acts. Too bad Impact is basically damaged goods and at their lowest visibility ever, the tapings I went to were a good time and put on a product I enjoyed watching more than ROH.

I'm not making a fucking QCS thread for this but seriously can we take a harder stance on Kiwifarms freaks like this guy, Jesus Christ seriously, you used to be better at knocking these creeps down. I guess ADTRW mods aren't responsible like GBS mods are.
I'm gonna give Impact some credit, they've been consistent on delivering exactly one great story pretty much consistently for a couple years now. I thought they'd die when the Broken Hardy universe stuff ended up leaving, then that turned into the Rosemary stuff. When that wound down, there was the LAX/OG's stuff. Now they're working on their first ever female World Heavyweight champion

Their women's division right now is enough to keep me watching casually. Rest of the show is all over the place but at least they're giving me at least one good story a year or so. Can't say the same about ROH

Better-worded thing than what I've tried to express for the past month in terms of what I dig about the company. There's not much that's great, but what's there is honestly noteworthy. The LAX/OGs stuff in particular I keep coming back to just because of how well-used Eddie Kingston was, which made me real happy to see

Butt first, let's
check the feeds.

Yeah, I haven't been watching Impact regularly in a long time but whenever I do there always seems to be 1 really good reason to watch and a bunch of little things that make the show work as a whole. I wouldn't tell anyone they have to rush to watch Impact every week, but when I turn it on its almost always an easy and satisfying watch.

And yeah, I appreciated Kingston getting a nice little run doing what he does best. I wish he had hung around.

This Friday's episode was filmed at the Championship Wrestling from Hollywood venue and has been dubbed "Cali Combat." We have heard from several Impact sources that when you see the show, it was designed to be a backdoor pilot for a potential studio style Impact show that's been talked about as a secondary series if and when the flagship Impact series lands on another cable home. You could imagine management's reaction when the NWA announced their plans to begin producing a weekly studio series this fall.
