A hitter can do everything right at the plate, put one over the fence, but the OF could leap and pull it back in resulting in an out, but the next guy could have an excuse me swing, hit the ball 30 feet, and end up on first base.

Kind of jealous you guys had real little league experiences. I think one of the teams I played on was sponsored by a nursing home. The coaches assigned positions every inning and the lineups were well more than 9 people. Still, I hit nearly .700 one year (in only 9 games). I was a big guy but mainly a singles and doubles hitter. I had exactly one triple and exactly one homer in all my time playing.

My favorite baseball fight was Andre Dawson chasing the pitcher with his bat. Kyle Farnsworth/Paul Wilson and Barrett/AJP rank right up there too. I remember a Cubs/Mets brawl from the mid 90s that can't seem to find the cause of. I know that one was pretty bad too.
