astropika posted:Pre-75 is exempt from emissions... sort of Pre-76. '75 is an exempt year. Too bad they're loving with imports that would be otherwise exempt, too. I've heard that some people were getting into trouble recently for engine swaps in those years, too, for the same reason, although I don't trust the guy who told me that.
