I have enjoyed this story both in book form and on these boards in archived threads I have perused. Thanks for starting a thread in which I can participate (the others were before I found and joined SA). I hope we make it through many of the books. Disciplines- Healing, Hunting, Mindshield, Tracking, Sixth Sense.

Fake entries in FF books- it depends on the book. Most early ones didn't do that sort of thing. Others, including the books Ratazosk and I are reading and LPing on the forums right now, had situations where you had to pass reading checks and complex math problems to find entries that would resolve certain encounters with extra bonus points. And there were some books with entries you could only reach by not playing as written and cheating like Added Space describes. Usually those entries put you in a bad place. Lone Wolf, I think, didn't do any of that. Elaborate multiple paths, yes. Odd items that you find in one book and don't use till several books later, yes. But those things are more fun.
