I think it's gg, yes. I believe the only way for Stark to hold out was a defence+2 that could be doubled up against damphair. But then that is just postponing the end.

Post mortem for Martell: I gambled the game going so hard for Dragonstone. In my experience Baratheon has a very good position to get 7 castles, so I wanted to weaken them and steal that position. But my gamble failed hard when Mustering refused to come up and I had no spare units to do a special consolidate with. Baratheon being able to muster with a consolidate while I needed a Westeros mustering knocked me out. I'll definitely have to remember this lesson next time I play.
