ok i googled it, if the fictional height of 18m is accurate then the model should be a hair under 5 inches tall (12.5 cm) gonna go ahead and say you could cut off the pope dolls head and mount it in the neck like hes wearing a giant battle suit

Try searching eBay or wherever for "Soviet decal" and then a common model kit scale, like 1:35. The scale should help weed out the bumper stickers and so forth. I just tried it and got some results, but I don't know what you're looking for in terms of size or style.
