Jayne Canton Not for the first time Jayne laments the long cooldown on her hellgun. Sticking her head out into the bullet-dense air for a second she judges the distance to the walls and carefully considers the way the pillboxes arc of fire is restricted, formulating a brave (bad) idea. "Yorke, we need to get closer! Wait for that fire to shift away from us and...GO! Jayne Canton Jayne manages to avoid crying during the medal ceremony, but can be seen for days afterwards polishing the little scrap of tin and strutting around like a rooster with delusions of grandeur. It takes a decent chunk of brutal room clearing and reaction time training (and a healthy dose of scorn from Yorke) to knock some of the fool out of her. She does come away with a better grasp of how to spring nasty surprises, and how to act when a nasty surprise is sprung on you.
