This leads me to believe that Forza 7 has its own downloader and we won't be able to get the full game until release date, which is total horseshit. I will just be playing on Xbox One at Ultimate Edition launch and then PC later.

Halo: reach has a release date now, december 3rd, on steam and the MS store. Microsoft is definitely making moves to put more of their stuff on steam, the AOE2 remaster is on steam as well I think.

If you're on PC its probably because of teredo tunneling. I've posted about it before in this thread but type "xbox networking" in your start menu and do the tests there and if it shows you have a restricted connection in any way thats gonna be the cause.

From what I can tell this is because of the region swap and we should be getting that stuff at the actual release time in whatever region you bought the game in. Did you get the premium dlc bundle to go with the game pass version or buy the ultimate edition outright? Trying to narrow down what exactly is the cause of the issue.
