If you were the league office, would you really have turned down Arthur Blank because the shiny new, centrally located stadium that he controls revenue in (which is they key reason the league wants SSS - the atmosphere thing can be addressed via skilful curtaining as in BC Place) is also used by the NFL team he owns? VAR is good, refs are bad. There shouldn't be so many VAR in a game. Refs don't even have to make calls anymore. Just wait for VAR to say there is a clear and obvious error and then you get as many video watches as you want.
